Miguel Ángel González Martínez (born May 27, 1984), also known by his nickname El Mariachi, is a Mexican former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles from 2012 to 2015, the White Sox from 2016 through 2017, the Texas Rangers in 2017 and the Chicago White Sox in 2018. Miguel Gonzalez ( es, Miguel Antonio González Castelan; born September 25, 1987) is an American former soccer player of Mexican descent. Career Youth and Amateur Gonzalez spent two years in the Santos Laguna youth system, before joining the Bradenton Academy in 2006, subsequently playing two seasons for the Bradenton Academics in the USL Premier Development League. Professional Gonzalez became the youngest player on the New England Revolution when he was signed to a developmental contract on July 20, 2006. Miguel Antonio González (born December 3, 1990) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball catcher who currently serves as a bullpen catcher for the Chicago White Sox. Career College & Youth González began playing college soccer at Peninsula College in 2010, before moving to Seattle University in 2012.
